At the heart of St David's are our amazing staff, from care to laundry, activities to the kitchen through to maintenance and our domestic team. We are incredibly proud of the team we have here at St Davids, they truly work hard to achieve the highest quality of life for our residents.

 

Many of the team have worked together for some time, getting to know our residents and each other over the years, providing a consistent approach to care delivery and continuity.

We are aware that the home’s staff will always play a very important role in our residents’ welfare. As such we will always ensure that we employ staff who show a real passion for care and who want to make a real difference in our resident's lives.
