We are always keen to meet those who have a passion for care, experience is preferred but not essential. All new recruits undertake a half day induction and a robust, ongoing training programme is provided for all candidates. You willl have the opportunity to gain additional qualifications including NVQ Levels II and III and to complete the All Wales Social Care Induction Framework.
